Why do I keep getting chest infections? - why do i keep getting chest infections

Hello, I stopped smoking about 20 months, and I continue to have chest infections.

I was inclined to smoke a job than to get it, but now every morning I wake up with a brown layer terrible terrible things in my mouth and I still have a bad cough with a white substance that appears.

This is, here, a few days or weeks later and I have pneumonia, can someone please help me.
